Central Functions support the board as well as the business in achieving its strategic objectives. These are, for example, Information Technology, Human Resources, Logistics, Compliance, Finance and many more.
- Manage and steer the Shared Service team in the IFRS accounting activities
- Oversee and check the Group monthly closings
- Drive the Shared Service team for the Local GAAP Accounting
- Prepare the Local GAAP Financial Statements and liaise with the external auditor for the audit of the Local GAAP Financial Statements
- Prepare the Company Income Tax declaration with the tax consultants and all the indirect taxes declarations
- Manage the tax reporting in the Group quarterly closing
- Manage insurances, liaise with Governmental Bodies (ISTAT, Bank of Italy, Ministries, etc.) and carry out internal controls
- Liaise with banks, prepare payments and liquidity plans
- Successfully completed degree in Economics, Business Administration or a related field
- 8–10 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Proven experience working in a multinational environment
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical skills paired with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English and Italian (both written and spoken)
