What you’ll be doing
As a Head of PR and Communications, you’ll play a key role in amplifying Satispay's brand leadership, shaping our public narrative, and driving our strategic communications across Europe. This is an opportunity to lead within a high-growth, constantly evolving environment – a challenge perfectly suited for an executive ready to navigate and shape change at scale and contribute to something bigger.
The role is composed of two main areas of responsibility:
Public Relations
PR Communication Strategy – Lead and implement the PR Communication Strategy, strengthening Satispay's leadership in finance, payment, and welfare. This includes print and online press, as well as podcasts, TV, radio, and more.
Media relationships –Manage direct media relationships and grow a strategic network of contacts.
Media coverage – Secure a consistent volume of high-quality media coverage, focusing on measurable results.
PR strategy – Create multi-channel PR strategies and compelling story angles.
External agencies – Oversee PR agency performance and delivery.
Leadership & company branding:
CEO Editorial Calendar – Manage the CEO's compelling voice on LinkedIn by managing their editorial calendar, amplifying their insights, and Satispay's vision.
Employer Branding – Lead the employer branding Satispay LinkedIn page, working closely with the HR team.
Content management – Oversee content for earned & owned podcasts and coordinate all content production with creative teams; Collaborate with company leaders to craft compelling speeches and presentations for key events.
What we’re looking for
You will lead the PR function, combining ambition with purpose, drive impactful results and cultivate ownership and continuous improvement in our dynamic environment.
We are seeking a proven leader with a distinguished track record of success in driving strategic initiatives and achieving significant business growth within relevant sectors.
Senior-level PR expertise – 10+ years in the world of PR, with a proven track record of leading PR strategies in fast-paced, high-growth, and preferably fintech or technology-driven companies.
Exceptional communication skills – Demonstrated excellence in copywriting, editing, public speaking, and strategic communication, with a keen ability to craft compelling narratives and manage complex messaging.
Fluent Italian and English proficiency – The ability to communicate effectively in both Italian and English is essential for success in this role, given our European footprint and diverse stakeholder base.
Organizational Skills – Highly precise and structured, managing multiple projects and products with tight deadlines and adaptability under pressure.
Ownership Mindset – Proactive, results-oriented. Confident, dynamic, team player, and adaptable to rapid growth.
