As part of their European expansion, the company is hiring an HR Business Partner in Milan to support their growing team and drive talent success in Italy.
️ Responsibilities:
HR Administration: Manage payroll, employee expenses, personnel records, and general office administration (e.g., supplies, holiday gifts, facility support)
Onboarding/Offboarding: Coordinate employee transitions, issue/collect equipment, and ensure smooth processes
Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, fostering an open and supportive work environment
Policy & Compliance: Enforce labor laws, health/safety regulations, and company policies while tracking market HR trends
Talent Engagement & Retention: Launch initiatives to boost team morale, productivity, and long-term retention
Compensation & Benefits: Administer benefit programs and conduct compensation benchmarking
Performance Support: Assist in programs that enhance productivity and organizational effectiveness
Ad Hoc Projects: Provide support for ongoing HR-related tasks as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
3–7 years in an HR Business Partner or similar HR role
In-depth knowledge of Italian labor laws and HR compliance
️ Fluent in Chinese + English (if Chinese national) OR Chinese + Italian (if Italian national)
Proven experience in employee relations, HR tools, and policy implementation
Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism
Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll software is a plus
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, especially in cross-cultural environments
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Milan
