Duties and responsibilities:
Assist the IT Department in Delivering IT support both to guests and colleagues
Assist the IT Department in Delivering audio-visual dedicated services and support
Assist with SOPs and inventory tasks
Categorize IT needs requests
Supporting the Admin task of the IT Department
Follow-up any project tasks and security operations
Requirements:
Computer and Electronic skills
Have a solid knowledge of using PCs, Laptops and Office suite
Proficiency in English
Attention to detail
Able to work flexible hours and sometimes on weekends and holidays
Time-management, teamwork and problem-solving skills
