Italy Customer Operations Intern | 6 months |Milan
For our Italian office in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join our Customer Operations team. You will have the opportunity to work in a big transformation project in a truly fast-paced environment in a business constantly evolving, with great empowerment and growth opportunities.

We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.
You’ll be in charge of:
- Managing and coordinating the customer care channels and shops tickets;
- Tracking and monitoring of contact centers quality;
- Tracking and monitoring of performance results across the different contact points (TV, Digital, CRM);
- Delivering business and customer care campaigns, and liaising with external and internal stakeholders;
You are the right person if you:
- Have a background in Economics, Management, Marketing, Communication or similar
- Speak Italian and English fluently
- Possess a good command of Microsoft Office (Power Point & Excel)
- Are a problem-solver with a lateral thinking mindset, able to identify creative solutions and workarounds in a dynamic environment
- Are energetic, flexible, committed and positive
