Job Summary:
At Disney, we create unforgettable experiences for guests around the world. As part of our dynamic Sales team, you’ll help bring the enchantment of Disneyland Paris and Disney Cruise Line to life for our valued trade partners. We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Key Account Trade to support our Leisure Groups business across Italy.
This role is based 4 days a week in our beautiful Milan offices, with a Monday or a Friday working from home.
About the Role
As Junior Key Account Trade, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our trade partners and internal sales teams. You’ll be the go-to contact for travel agents, providing pre- and post-sales assistance, managing business reporting, and contributing to trade marketing initiatives such as roadshows, fairs, and training programs. Your work will help ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery across our B2B platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver daily pre- and post-sales support, including quotations, invoicing, and technical assistance on B2B tools.
Respond promptly and accurately to client queries, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Manage and analyze business KPIs, including sales performance and client online behavior.
Maintain and update local databases, the Dream Maker app, and support CRM-related projects.
Assist travel agencies via phone and email with codification processes and sales-related issues.
Liaise with central teams (booking, accounting, guest care, data) to resolve pending requests.
Participate in trade events, fairs, and roadshows as needed.
Support training programs for the Italian trade market.
Contribute to Disney Cruise Line sales and codification processes.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a collaborative and enthusiastic team player with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for delivering excellence.
Relevant sales administration experience, ideally within the tourism industry.
Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken for business use); knowledge of French is a plus.
Professional proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong understanding of sales dynamics and customer service principles.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
