We are currently seeking a HR and Organization Intern who will report to the Supply Chain & Logistics HR Business Partner and join our dynamic team based in Trecate.
Job Description
Your opportunity
You will support the HR Business Partner team in key HR processes and initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in talent and performance management, training needs analysis, and international HR coordination. You will also contribute to the development of the Graduate Program and internal communication activities, offering a well-rounded learning experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
How you will contribute
- Support HRBP activities:
- Assist in the execution of core HR processes such as talent management, performance management, and the collection of training needs;
- Support all the initiatives related to the development and implementation of the Graduate Program project;
- Coordinate the activation of internships and manage the onboarding process, serving as the main point of contact for day-to-day support;
- Support the HRBP in monthly alignment meetings with APAC, AMER, and EMEA regions, ensuring coordination on HR initiatives and business priorities;
- Maintain and update organizational charts to reflect structural changes.
- Internal Communication: Create and manage engaging visual content for internal communication tools to promote key initiatives.
- Event Coordination: Provide logistical and operational support for workplace events and ensure smooth execution of activities.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze HR-related data to generate insights for workforce planning and decision-making.
- Documentation and reporting: Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports on key HR metrics and activities.
Who you are
- A graduate or soon to be graduate in Economics, HR, Business Management or related fields
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A proactive and collaborative mindset
- Able to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English, Italian as a plus
