Join us for a 6-month paid internship at our Vimercate plant! It’s a great opportunity to learn, grow, and be part of our team. We also offer the fundamental resources to support thesis development in hardware circuit simulation, with suggested focus areas including signal integrity, crosstalk, and noise tolerance.
You will:
- Participate in circuit simulation, analysis, and hands-on troubleshooting to support failure analysis investigations
- Work under the guidance of senior engineers to identify defects and their root causes
- Support the implementation of corrective actions for product issues
- Operate lab test equipment such as oscilloscopes, bit error rate testers, and variable power supplies
- Document and tabulate test data and results
You have/are:
- Enrolled in a Master's degree program
- Knowledge in circuit design, electromagnetics, circuit analysis, simulation, troubleshooting
- Familiarity with standard electrical test equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, BERTs)
- A detail-oriented mindset and willingness to learn hands-on in a lab environment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Fluency in English
It Would Be Nice If You Also Had:
- Experience with printed circuit board soldering
- Familiarity with circuit prototyping
- Experience writing data collection scripts
