Legal & Compliance Manager
The role will be part of the Legal team, reporting to the Group Chief Legal Officer based in Finland, and will be responsible for managing all the legal affairs in Italy:
- Defining standard contractual templates for clients and suppliers, and reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements
- Supporting commercial activities and analyzing legal requirements for tender procedures
- Privacy: analyzing specific risks and defining processing requirements, monitoring data processing activities, and defining and maintaining internal processes and policies in line with group guidelines with the help of the group-wide DPO
- Legislative Decree 231/2001: defining and maintaining internal processes and policies, and managing the relationship with the Supervisory Body

Compliance:
- Monitoring and analyzing relevant tax regulations (TUIR, Budget Law, Italian Revenue Agency documents, etc.) to update and maintain operational models and processes related to corporate welfare
- Supporting delivery and product management activities
- Supporting management in assessing legal risks and opportunities related to new services or markets
- Implementing internal controls and monitoring legal and regulatory risks
- Training the team on legal and compliance topics
- Supporting corporate activities and managing governance compliance (Shareholders' Meetings, Board of Directors)
- Managing disputes (clients, suppliers)
- Managing Environmental and Quality ISO Standards
Additionally, the role could include some group-wide tasks depending on the individual’s background and experience.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Law from Italy
- 4–6 years of experience working as a lawyer either in-house or in a law firm
- Good command of Italian and English; other languages are considered an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Self-starter with a proactive and results-driven mindset; ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and take ownership
