We are seeking an ambitious Legal Counsel to join our fast-growing team in Milan.
As a Legal Counsel at Domyn, you will provide legal advice on a wide range of company matters, with particular focus on technology-related contracts - spanning both software and hardware - and corporate governance.
As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional departments, offering critical insights to drive our company's growth and success.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Draft and review contracts and other legal documentation
- Provide strategic advice on business transaction and corporate governance
- Conduct legal research and provide guidance on legal issues arising from business operations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to the company's business activities
- Assist in developing and improving company policies and procedures
Requirements
What you have
- Law degree from an accredited law school
- Bar admission in Italy or in the United States is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of post qualification experience at a law firm, preferably in IT departments
- Strong background in technology law, specializing in drafting and negotiating contracts related to software and hardware
- Knowledge of privacy regulations and/or corporate governance will be considered as a plus
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical advice and solutions
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to make sound legal judgments under pressure
- Experience in law firm is preferred
- Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken (native or bilingual)
