For our office in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join our Business Partner Italy Team. You will have the opportunity to be directly involved in the management side of the HR world dedicated to the retail sector!

We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.
You’ll be in charge of:
- Support in managing recruiting for intern and junior profiles, onboarding, and employee life cycle for the field population;
- Support in managing performance management processes and compensation policy;
- Support in special projects focused on development and performance topics;
- Support in monitoring and planning branch staff;
- Understanding and monitoring the annual project plan and staffing budget.
You are the right person if you:
- Are a graduate student in HR, Economics, or similar
- Speak English fluently.
- Interest in Human Resources.
- Are confident to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Are results oriented with good communication skills.
