What you’ll do & Who you are
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Payroll & Adminl Intern to join our People team at Subito. In this role, you will support both administrative and payroll activities, gaining hands-on experience in HR operations and payroll processing using Zucchetti, one of the leading HR and payroll systems in Italy.
Key responsibilities:
- Support in collecting and verifying employee attendance and timekeeping data
- Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll using Zucchetti
- Collecting, checking, and updating employee data (attendance, leaves, benefits, etc.)
- Help manage documentation related to hiring, onboarding, and offboarding
- Support in managing sick leaves, holidays, and other absences, including payroll input for payslip generation
- Assist in preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Collaborate with other departments for administrative needs
- Assisting with employment contract management and documentation
- Management of meal voucher requests and processes
Your Identikit:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business & HR Administration, Economics or related field (or currently pursuing)
- Strong interest in HR Operations and payroll processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic digital environment
- Familiarity with Zucchetti software will be considered a strong plus
