What you’ll be doing
As a Procurement Specialist, you will implement integrated procurement strategies to support company objectives, manage procurement cost records, ensure departments follow the correct procurement flow, support them as needed, optimise buying activities for timely, cost-effective, and compliant deliveries, and continuously monitor and report on key procurement metrics. You will report to the Head of Procurement, ensuring alignment with company objectives, and fostering cost efficiencies and operation effectiveness. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
Lead vendor negotiations and manage procurement spend - Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal terms and maximise value. Monitor pricing dynamics and market trends.
Support internal stakeholders - Partner with business teams to understand their needs, provide procurement guidance, and ensure consistency with company policies.
Oversee contract management - Maintain and improve our online Contract Management System, ensuring contracts are up-to-date, compliant, and easily accessible.
Ensure compliance in procurement processes - Enforce adherence to internal procurement procedures and assist teams in following the correct approval flows.
Track performance and optimise operations - Monitor key procurement KPIs (e.g., cost savings, lead times, contract coverage) and proactively identify areas for improvement.
Drive continuous improvement - Refine procurement processes to improve efficiency, enhance service quality, and support scalable operations.

Who we’re looking for

Relevant background and experience - Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, or related fields. 1+ years of experience in procurement, legal, or administrative functions. Familiarity with cost management and operational efficiency is a plus.
Contract-savvy mindset - You are detail-oriented and enjoy diving deep into contractual clauses.
Negotiation skills and market awareness - Strong negotiation abilities and understanding of supplier dynamics. Experience negotiating media contracts is a strong plus.
Strategic and structured thinker - You bring a strategic mindset, combined with an ability to work hands-on and drive execution.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management - Able to convey complex concepts clearly, build trust with vendors and internal teams.
Language proficiency - Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written. Other European languages are a plus
