You will be responsible for global product platforming and positioning of TOV and CBL SBU product offerings. This includes building a complementary portfolio and execution of strategies related to pricing DOA management, SPA pricing, positioning within industries, go-to-market and project pursuits. The role also includes support and oversight of strategic programs such as NPD, product developments, localizations, manufacturing footprint expansions, cost reductions and others. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Monitor and steer progress on SBU financial objectives, orders, sales and GP%
- Leads SBU product teams to drive portfolio strategy, including rationalization, regionalization, and costing for TOV and CBL
- Drives new product development programs, value engineering, cost reduction activities, to achieve year-over-year growth; and long-term product planning in line with SBU and ISV strategy with a focus on building a complementary portfolio between AEV and CBL
- Own pricing strategy and pricing positioning strategy across the TOV/CBL portfolio
- Perform defined Voice of the Customer research projects: prepare questionnaires, meet customers, collect feedback on new and existing products
- Lead product teams to analyze proposed product requirements and product development programs; establish reason and time schedule with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and MARCOM
- Ensure collaboration across cross-functional teams and alignment with business goals

For this Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 10 years overall experience in Industrial Business, preferable in Oil and Gas Industry, B2B
- Minimum of 5 years of experience within a product management role with global exposure
- Proven experience in effectively managing, motivating, and developing teams
- Willing to travel as necessary (less than 20% of the time)
- Strong MS Office skills and data management
- Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Preferable experience in programs management
- Any other second European Languages
