All about the role:
Join our Plant Quality team, in a 4.0 Factory to deal with automation. Make the processes efficient and be the project manager for the optimization of components.
What you’ll do:
- Coordinate and plan metrological tasks, with constant interface with several departments (R&D, Logistics, Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Purchasing)
- Coordinate and collaborate with other departments in MSA and SPC activities for current and new processes
- Support to manufacturing in problem solving activities using 8D methodology to preserve product Quality and improve customer satisfaction
- Monitor quality related data using statistical analysis and business intelligence tools to contribute to continuous improvement
- Collaborate with other departments in Industry 4.0 activities (automatic data collection)
Who you are:
- Master's or bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering (management, chemical, electronic or mechanical) or Statistics
- Advanced Excel mandatory
- English and Italian
- Team player
We will consider as a plus:
- Good knowledge of statistical analysis
- Good knowledge of Quality tools and problem solving methodologies (PDCA, 8D, Pareto, Ishikawa)
- Good knowledge of 360-degrees Quality Systems
- Previous experience in similar role in production process environment
- Six sigma certification and Minitab software
- BI tools and programming languages.

You will be based in Electrolux main Food Preservation global site, in Susegana (TV), only 1 hour distance from Venice, where we are undergoing multimillion industry 4.0 investment. Here you will interact with different functions of the organization such as Quality, Maintenance, R&D, Production, and Supply Chain with the common goal to create the refrigeration of the future.
