Senior Associate B2C Marketing & Content (x/f/m)

About the role

The role of B2C Marketing & Content Associate (x/f/m) is central within Doctolib’s Marketing team, with a strong operational, project-based, and creative component. The main objective is to ensure effective, consistent, and relevant communications for the platform’s end users, stimulating user engagement. This role is fundamental for enhancing and growing the brand in Italy.

The position requires a balance between analytical and creative skills, content creation, project management, attention to detail, and the ability to manage cross-functional projects in collaboration with teams such as Legal, Medical Excellence, Patient Strategy, Sales, Brand, and Customer Service. The role also offers global exposure thanks to strong collaboration with other Marketing teams and the Global Strategy team.

Your Responsibilities

Email Marketing & Multi-touchpoint Communication

• Ideation, drafting, and management of the weekly email campaign calendar targeting Doctolib users, using the Braze platform. Each campaign includes the creation of a dedicated landing page, carefully crafted in terms of content and consistent with the brand’s tone of voice.
• Coordination of all main digital marketing touchpoints (bi-weekly push notifications, drawer, and marketing cards on the website), ensuring consistency in communication, a smooth user journey, and maximized engagement.
• Collaboration with the Legal and Medical Excellence teams for content validation, ensuring compliance and quality of the information delivered.

Social Media & External Agency

• Responsibility for the editorial plan in collaboration with the social media agency, providing briefs, feedback, and content validation on a weekly basis (3 posts + 1-2 stories per week).
• Strategic oversight to ensure alignment with corporate communication and sensitivity to the specificities of the local market.

Brand & Localization

• Localization of global brand guidelines based on the needs of the Italian market.
• Coordination and updating of corporate website content, in line with communication strategies and brand positioning at a local level.

B2B2C Materials

• Gathering feedback from medical practices and commercial teams to define the materials needed for B2B2C communication.
• Development of customized materials upon request, also independently using Canva, to support communication with patients and improve the visibility of the services offered by doctors.

Review Moderation & Online Reputation

• Weekly monitoring and moderation of user reviews on channels such as Trustpilot, Google, Play Store, and App Store.
• Coordination with internal teams for managing responses, reports, and optimizing online presence.

Administrative management of all parties involved in the activities listed above.

Your Profile

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing and proven track record of creating content, developing and executing successful marketing campaigns for consumer brands or digital platforms
• Copywriting and microcopy focused on conversion marketing
• Project management and ability to handle complex workflows
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze) and experience with design tools (e.g., Canva)
• Fluent in Italian and English
