We are now looking for a new Support Customer Communication Management to join our dynamic team in Bologna, Italy!
Please be aware that this is a temporary position.
What kind of work will you be doing?
- Formal communication to customers will be made by formal letters sent via Legal Mail.
- The communication will be made in 2 phases:
- Preliminary Communication Starting from June 2025;
-Final Communication Starting from September 2025.
- The communication will be differentiated to selected group of customers:
- Undifferentiated customers from main customer database;
-Private customer with open backlog;
-Public customers with open backlog;
-Public customers with open bid.
- Selective and specific communication will be sent to differentiated group of customers in the different phases.
- The main task assigned to the person will be:
-Coordinate with different Vertiv Italy offices to receive, verify and own the different lists of customers through the various phases of the process.
-Complete the different customer database with missing information (mainly legal mail addresses):
-To maintain the lists of customers between the preliminary communication to the end of the process, assuring that all customers will receive the relevant communication.
-Manage the issue of letters through legal mail system. Collect and manage delivery issues and replies.
-Support in providing to customers additional information on all customer request for clarification, acting as pivot point among the different Vertiv offices.

- School Background: High school leaving diploma
- Language skills: Complete local language fluency
- Technical / Functional skills
-Good Microsoft Office tools
-Experience in database management is a plus
- Attitudes
-Good administrative / office management skills
-Attitude to work as part of a team
-Communication skills - Experience in dealing with Customers/External People
