A Day in the Life
Gain the opportunity to be at the forefront of the future of electrophysiology. As a Senior Technical Consultant for our Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) team, you will play a key role in enhancing therapy adoption, driving successful patient outcomes through partnership projects, and providing guidance and support to clinicians. We are dedicated to leading the market with our Affera™ Mapping and Ablation System, innovating cutting-edge ablation catheters, cardiac mapping systems, and traditional electrophysiology (EP) products.Join our team and be part of a community of experts committed to ensuring quality and affordable care around the world. This position will be based in Italy.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Coordinate and execute support activities, offering clinical and technical expertise through case support, product demonstrations, installations, and maintenance of company products
- Serve as the CAS mapping/navigation expert, train new mappers, and represent clinical and technical data at congresses and customer meetings
- Develop a strong clinical knowledge base to facilitate meaningful scientific discussions and identify opportunities
- Provide technical data and support to sales teams during product demonstrations
- Provide on-site education and consulting while building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations
- Maintain accurate documentation of activities in CRM tools (e.g., SFDC Lightning, ServiceMax)
- Troubleshoot first-line issues on the CAS mapping/navigation system or escalate relevant information to the technical department
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Biology, or a related advanced qualification
- Experience in Cardiac Electrophysiology
- Strong technical understanding with the ability to clearly communicate complex clinical concepts
- Ability to collaborate within a team and contribute effectively in a dynamic environment
- Ability to independently manage tasks while actively contributing to broader team initiatives
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively in a professional, high-pressure environment
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively in high-pressure professional environments
Proficiency in a second language and willingness to travel as required for the role are desirable. Flexibility to adapt to varied work schedules, including occasional weekend shifts. The ideal candidate is based within the Triveneto region, preferably in Verona, Padova, or Venezia.
