OFFICE LOCATION: Germany
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our engineering department and our clients, providing expert guidance on electronic systems for elevators and lifts. This role combines deep technical knowledge with strong commercial acumen to support sales activities, customer engagement, and product development.
Key Responsibilities:
- provide technical consultation to clients regarding electronic components and systems for elevators/lifts;
- collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored solutions that meet customer requirements;
- conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions;
- assist in the preparation of technical proposals, quotations, and documentation;
- analyse customer needs and translate them into technical specifications;
- support the R&D and engineering teams with market feedback and customer insights;
- participate in trade shows, industry events, and client meetings;
- ensure after-sales support, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues;
- maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications,
- proven experience in a technical role, preferably in the elevator/lift industry,
- strong understanding of electronic control systems, sensors, and automation technologies,
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications,
- native German speaker with fluency in English,
- willingness to travel occasionally to HQ in Italy.
