Key Responsibilities:
- Manage export shipments (groupage with showcases, customer collection, forwarders);
- Organizing retrofit shipments with customer services and facilities;
- Ask the carrier for any notices of dispute not received and enter freight dispute orders if necessary;
- Study carriers' price offers to best meet the needs of domestic and export customers;
- Invoicing processes and instruct the customs broker for the export formalities;
- Arrange loading of trucks (transport, excluding courier services);
- Complete export documents (customs documents);
- Completing delivery notes for internal customers (special booklet);
- Complete import documents and manage import operation
- Give instructions to a customs broker (check customs documents and provide correct information for the import formalities);
- Handling customer complaints (quality and quantity) and passing on information and corrective actions to internal customers;
- Respect the customer's requests for deadlines (express, gold, special transport);
- Dealing with various back offices and work in synergy with different countries and cultures.
Position reports to Logistics Coordinator, based in Casale Monferrato.
Experience: 1-3 years.
Studies: Hugh School/Bachelor/Master's Degree in Economics.
