PURPOSE
Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Coordinator will supervise and coordinate the daily activities of a warehouse unit, ensuring process efficiency and timely preparation and delivery of materials. This role plays a key part in supporting production operations, guaranteeing accuracy, packaging quality, and adherence to CCM’s manufacturing and quality procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize and coordinate the warehouse unit to ensure timely and accurate order preparation and proper packaging.
- Monitor preparation times, optimize workflows, and contribute to process improvements in line with manufacturing needs.
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and compliance with 5S/lean practices.
- Monitor and control the movement of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
- Use WMS/ERP systems to track material flows and maintain updated inventory.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and quality standards.
- Support and manage warehouse staff in collaboration with the Warehouse Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in warehouse supervision, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with cost management or financial aspects of warehouse operations.
- High school diploma (or equivalent); technical diploma is a plus.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) preferred.
- Interest in roles with strong focus on organization, process efficiency, and team management.
