Your Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Deal with complex administrative and organizational assignments independently and take care of general administrative tasks
  • Confidentially plan and proactively anticipate Country Head/business needs in setting all necessary meetings/events

Manage and optimize Country Head business trips and related administration and reporting

  • Drive facilities and support services in the occasion of formal guests’ visits from external/global/Region Europe
  • Act as project coordinator for administrative projects (design, planning, implementation, communication, etc.)
  • Act as buddy for new joiners in onboarding on the main systems, procedures and processes
