Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Deal with complex administrative and organizational assignments independently and take care of general administrative tasks
Confidentially plan and proactively anticipate Country Head/business needs in setting all necessary meetings/events
- Drive facilities and support services in the occasion of formal guests’ visits from external/global/Region Europe
- Act as project coordinator for administrative projects (design, planning, implementation, communication, etc.)
- Act as buddy for new joiners in onboarding on the main systems, procedures and processes
