A Day in the Life

Our Neuromodulation Operating Unit — a growing, innovative, and people-focused team — is seeking a Technical Consultant. In this role, you will support our advanced neurological devices and play an essential part in developing the market, while maintaining strong partnerships with the clinical community.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Provide technical support in the operating room during procedures, assisting healthcare professionals with the programming of neurostimulators and infusion pumps
- Conduct routine follow-up visits with patients to support therapy outcomes
- Collaborate with the clinical team in patient assessments, trials, and long-term therapy management
- Deliver training and educational sessions for hospital staff on emerging technologies and therapies
- Prepare technical materials and documentation, including presentations and tender-related content, for internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor competitor activities in strategic centers and coordinate value-based initiatives with the Sales and Marketing teams
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers, distributors, and key stakeholders; communicate insights and feedback internally
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Educational background in a scientific or technical field, preferably Biomedical Engineering
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Flexibility in managing travel and personal scheduling across the assigned territory
- Motivation to take on new challenges and thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in standard IT tools
- Based in Northern Italy (preferably Emilia Romagna)
Familiarity with the English language, knowledge of the neurostimulation market, experience with tender processes and documentation, and a clinical background will be considered a plus.
