Job Description

We are currently seeking an EMEA Architecture Intern as part of our dynamic team in Milan.How you will contribute?

Support the manager in managing and organizing documentation for various projects.
Ensure documentation is correctly entered into the internal database.
Prepare materials for project kick-off presentations to the WW Store Planning team.
Coordinate with different stakeholders to gather necessary documentation.
Support layout modifications for projects using AutoCAD.
Track project work-in-progress to ensure timely updates.
Provide administrative support for project management (raising purchase orders and tracking supplier invoices).
Manage internal communications and prepare weekly and bi-weekly reporting documentation.

Who you are?

Currently pursuing a degree in Architecture or Engineering and available for a 6 months curricular internship.
Degree in Architecture or Engineering.
Fluent in English.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, result-driven and deadline-focused.
Strong computer skills (proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint).
Excellent skills in AutoCAD and Photoshop.
Team-oriented, proactive and skilled in problem-solving.
