Job title: Business Development Manager

Duties:
- Responsible for German Clients (existing and prospect) and some selected Italian Clients
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Identify business opportunities by researching prospects and evaluating their position in the industry and introduce sales opportunities
- Create, maintain, and provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and pipeline
- Meet assigned targets for sales revenue, prospecting activity, pipeline size and quality
- Manage assigned workload, including setting goals, prioritizing work, evaluating results and taking corrective action as needed
- Pursue prospects or leads (inbound calls, web, referrals)
- Sell services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions, preparing proposals and closing opportunities
- Assist in new business development including sales proposal development, meetings and presentations
- Provide timely documentation of all sales activity in company CRM using required fields and processes
- Learn, understand and articulate company’s full line of business offerings, capabilities, benefits, and competitive advantages. Identify and refer opportunities within each of these areas to specialist sales and client service teams to close new accounts
- Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction, retention and business performance
- Remain current on industry trends, market activities and competitors
Skills/Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related position, business administration, management, and/or sales experience
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- Working knowledge of tools used in translation process
- Experience in developing sales strategies and performance metrics
- Strong business acumen, client-service and results orientation
- Ability to analyze, assess and address prospects needs in the enterprise accounts, while clearly establishing the value of our products and services
- Ability to interact with all levels within the organization
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic with strong written, verbal, presentational and interpersonal communication skills
- Fluent in German, English and Italian
