As our new Commercial Support Representative at Hempel.
You will have the unique opportunity support an international team based in Denmark, Benelux, France, Croatia and Italy and report directly to our Senior Sales Manager for the Region. You will develop your full potential by collaborating with cross-functional teams and getting a complete onboarding and training program.

- Providing technical and product-related support for our customers.
- Preparing and sending specifications and technical/commercial quotations.
- Assisting with the study of customer tender documents, preparing submission documents in alignment with sales and conducting regular reviews of project status in partnership with relevant stakeholders
- Acting as a local ambassador of commercial tools like CRM, CPQ, SHAPE and Power BI
- Offering project management support, including coordinating of forecast data and financial analysis
- Filling and submitting technical complaints.

- Experience in a customer-centric roles.
- Basic knowledge in paint technology, application and the coating industry business preferred
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required for effective communication in this role.
- Excel Skills including Microsoft Office package and ERP System.
- Strong interest in technical environment.
