Job Description:
Looking for a motivated and friendly customer support representative to join our remote team. You will be handling customer inquiries via email, chat, and messaging platforms. This role requires empathy, patience, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer questions via email and chat
- Track and resolve issues using ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk)
- Provide fast and friendly responses
- Document customer concerns for improvement
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills and internet access
- English language: B1 or higher
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Nice to Have:
- Italian language (A2+)
- Previous experience in customer support
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Part-time, Tirocinio formativo/stage
Retribuzione: €514,93 - €2.061,32 al mese
