We were meant to fly.As an EHS Specialist, you will act as a member of the EHS Team in the Rivalta Plant and be the EHS focal point for the assigned area and/or process. your responsabilities will include to develop, plan and execute the Environmental Health and Safety programs and policies.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
Support the EHS Team to define, improve, lean, simplify, communicate and maintain site EHS program requirements and expectations
Implement/modify related EHS programs and procedures to ensure compliance
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of existing and proposed regulations
Modify and implement compliance tracking programs and record keeping systems
Develop and provide education programs related to specific disciplines
Provide and determine alternatives for issue resolution
Ensure compliance of plant operations with regulatory requirements relating to air, solid waste, chemical, water, health and safety
Qualifications/Requirements
Degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical/Environmental/Industrial Engineering or related environment, health and safety disciplines, or High School Technical Diploma
Previous work experience in EHS
Knowledge of Italian EHS regulation (D.lgs. 81/2008) and EHS international standards (ISO14001 and ISO45001)
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize and balance multiple ongoing tasks
Fluent Italian and good English knowledge
Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
