EMEA Marketing Pricing & Revenue Management Internship | starting date: September 2025 | 6 months | Milan
For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join our EMEA Marketing Pricing & Revenue Management team. You will have the opportunity to work in a big transformation project in a truly fast-paced international environment in a business constantly evolving, with great empowerment and growth opportunities.

We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.
You’ll be in charge of:
- Reporting: maintain and enhance KPI reporting, develop ad hoc analyses for business insights and special projects.
- Routines: ensure accurate and timely data availability for EMEA countries and broader organizational needs.
- Pricing Strategy: monitor average selling price (ASP), discounts, and margins; identify issues and improvement opportunities; analyze competition and propose actions.
- Pricing Execution: monitor in-store pricing KPIs; lead continuous improvement of store systems for pricing, promotions, and discount control.
You are the right person if you:
- Have a background in Engineering, Marketing, Economics, Management
- Speak English fluently
- Have an entrepreneurial, strategic and detailed-oriented mindset, supported by analytical skills
- Are curious, autonomous, and proactive, able to handle complexity and work well both independently and in teams.
- Possess a good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PBI, PowerPoint) – SQL knowledge is a plus
