Responsibilities
What the job looks like
- Managing all logistical aspects, including venue booking and contract negotiations
- Collaborating closely with sales teams, providing training to prepare them as event presenters
- Creating and managing event pages while handling promotions through email marketing and social media
- Engaging with sponsors and ensuring strong partnerships for successful events
This position is both creative and rigorous, by nature you need to think outside the box. To be successful, you will have solid organisational skills and a good knowledge of our innovative software.
MUST HAVE
- At least 2 years of experience in event management
- Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1) - both written and spoken

Ability to work autonomously but also in team
- Creative
- Solution-oriented and strong organizational skills
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to adapt easily to a fast-changing environment
NICE TO HAVE
- Bachelor's degree or higher (ideally in marketing, event or communication)
- Business mindset: attention to detail, curious, rigorous
- Experience in webinar and online events organization
- Experience using Meta Business Suite
- Interest or previous experience in the software-IT industry
