Position: External Event specialist
Type of contract: Temporary contract (12 months)
Job Purpose:
The External Event Specialist is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of external events that promote the company’s brand, products, and services. This role involves managing event logistics, working with suppliers and internal teams, and ensuring that events are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the team in organizing the industry’s largest trade fair.
- Coordinate logistics, suppliers, and event partners.
- Assist in the preparation of promotional and communication materials.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Handle operational tasks before, during, and after the event.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Show attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
Technical Skills & Requirements:
- Good Knowledge of MS Office and in particular excel; photo, graphic and video-editing software is an asset
- Previous Experience in Marketing/Communications rules, in particular Events/Fair organization
- Fluent Italian and English
- German speaking will be appreciated
- Knowledge and use of CRM systems for sending digital marketing messages is appreciated
