POSITION SUMMARY
The candidate will be placed within the F&B department with the objective of providing support in the management and administration of extra staff, in coordination with other departments, from both an operational and organizational standpoint; specifically, the resource will be responsible for contacting staff for scheduled work days, communicating the shift schedule in a timely manner to the other offices involved, and finally hourly and cost management of staff.
He/she will then perform tasks related to checking the department's generic costs and related documents to make sure they are correct for entry into the system.
In addition, the resource will support in the management of orders, inventories, and the subsequent financial management of these aspects.
Finally, the resource will be responsible for implementing company procedures and standards to support in ensuring departmental compliance.
