The Intern will be part of the Southern Europe Client Experience team (Events team), based in the Headquarter in Milan.
Main responsibilities:
- Support during the organization of events in the operative and logistics activities
- Managing the reports and tracking about all events
- Partner with Finance team to report and complete internal processes
- Support the organization of activations in store, events in store, and international events
- Work proactively on specific projects during the events
- Presentation preparation for strategic meetings
Requirements:
- Degree/Master in Marketing/Events/Communications or related field
- Previous experiences in Retail, Hospitality or Event areas will be considered a valuable plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Problem solving and proactive attitude
- Fluent in Italian and English, a third language will be considered as a plus
Internship details:
- 6 months internship → starting date September 2025
- Full-time internship (40h per week)
- Monthly remuneration, ticket restaurants and personal devices
