Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
You will Be the Expert: Install, maintain, and service our state-of-the-art 3D metal printing systems (Laser Machines), ensuring they operate at peak performance.
Document and Manage: Accurately document service requirements and manage customer cases using our advanced service CRM, keeping everything organized and efficient.
You will be the Customer Champion: Provide exceptional support to our customers, helping them maximize the application of our 3D metal printing systems.
On-the-Go Problem Solver: Conduct emergency visits and preventive maintenance, ensuring our customers' systems are always running smoothly.
Quality Guardian: Perform direct operations systems checks and execute tasks within a well-defined operations framework, maintaining the highest standards.
Feedback Provider: Offer valuable feedback on quality deviations from machine installations and operations, contributing to continuous improvement.
Relationship Builder: Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, delivering solutions that exceed their expectations and ensure their satisfaction.

Qualifications/Requirements
Experience in Services & Field Services, showcasing your ability to handle the job's demands.
Trained electrical and mechanical engineering technician with a technical high school diploma or similar.
Fluent in English and Italian.
Available to travel extensively embracing the opportunity to explore and support customers.
Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required.
