The role
Lendlease is looking to enlarge its team with a Financial Analyst – Real Estate based in the Milan headquarter. As part of the finance team, the candidate will support the team in the existing investment portfolio as well as new business.
What will you do?
- Creating and updating financial models
- Budgeting and monitoring of the investment portfolio
- Project reporting for board, investors, lenders
- Support to commercial negotiations with project partners & advisors
- Drafting of investment memorandum for internal investment committees
- Interact with the other internal teams to acquire and share knowledge, and deliver well-rounded analyses;
- support the due diligence process with internal teams and external advisors
You will bring
- Studies: Economics, Management, Finance, Management Engineering
- Experience: 3-5 years in real estate development and/or asset management companies, banks, equity investors, advisory & consulting firms
- Knowledge of the real estate investment analysis principles and of real estate finance
- Basic Knowledge of ITA GAAP accounting
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Knowledge skills: Microsoft Office, excel in particular.
- Very good English, both oral and written
