Why This Role Is Right for You
As a Functional Analyst, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Milan. Together, we work on card payments initiatives aimed to implement card payment programs for exiting and new customer accross Europe, leveraging on the PowerCARD solution, one of the traget card management systems of Nexi.
About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:
- Collect business requirements from the Customers and perform a preliminary high level gap analysis
- Perform the functional analysis for the implmentation of new requirements in PowerCARD
- Manage product configuration activities according to the characteristics of the PowerCARD product catalogue
- Support the technical team during the implementation phase
- Support the test teams during the teast of a given functionality to ensure the system works as expected, based on the use case defined during the functional analysis stream
- Performe a preliminary analysis of defects/incident to help the identification of the root cause

Essential Qualifications:
- At least two years experience in the issuing payment card industry as a functional analyst
- Good level of english is required: existing documentation is in english language only, almost all documents are to be written in english
- Availability to travel abroad is required
Bonus Skills:
- Proven knowledge of the PowerCARD issuer application
- Experience on card portfolio migration projects
