Global Media Specialist (m/w/d)
Your responsibilities:- Search Strategy, Implementation and Monitoring: Develop and refine an integrated global search strategy (SEM and SEO), supporting markets in the implementation and monitor performance.
- Reporting and Analysis: Produce regular, in-depth reports on media campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to measure campaign success.
- Innovation: Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, global scalability, and new growth opportunities based on global search trend analytics.
- Training and Trends Monitoring: Provide training sessions and resources to local teams to enhance their understanding of media.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Economics or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the field of Media, Search or Data Analysis
- Strong analytical mind, a passion for data-driven marketing, and expertise in managing paid search and digital media campaigns across platforms
- Advanced knowledge of the Google ecosystem (Ads, GA4, Trends...) and strong Excel skills for data analysis
- Fluent in English and preferably in Italian and/or German
