For our R&D Center, located at the AREA Science Park in Trieste, we are looking for a
Global Product Developer (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:- Product development and improvement: Conception and optimization of new products, in the gluten-free sector and with a focus on the snack, cookie and savory snack categories.
- Management of the industrialization process: Coordination of the development phases, from prototyping to industrialization, in collaboration with the manager and the team, in compliance with company procedures.
- Continuous optimization: Follow-up activities, improvement and modification of existing products, as well as active participation in the implementation of new production lines and processes.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology or similar
- 3+ years of professional experience
- Knowledge of food technologies and processes
- Willingness to work in an international environment, flexibility and willingness to travel both in Italy and abroad
- Excellent knowledge of English and Italian; knowledge of German is an asset
