What we look for
We are looking for a Growth Intern to join our Marketing team and support all growth-related initiatives.
You are the perfect fit if...

You have strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
You are motivated to explore different areas of growth, from performance marketing to CRM.
You are comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment.
Previous experience is not required, but if you have already experimented with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, WordPress Elementor, or marketing automation platforms, it’s definitely a plus.
What will you do
Support growth experiments through testing, reporting, and data analysis.
Assist in performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta).
Contribute to CRM activities, including email automation and user lifecycle flows.
Prepare and monitor dashboards to track key growth metrics.
Research and benchmarking.
What you won’t do
You won’t spend hours building long presentations or attending endless meetings.
You won’t need multiple layers of approvals to implement ideas: at Sibill, execution is fast, and your impact is immediate and visible.

A short take-home case (we don’t want to take too much of your time, but we’d like to see something concrete before moving forward).
45 minutes case discussion with Samuele (Head of Marketing) and Rachele (Brand Manager).
