Are you ready for a new challenge in our Wholesale team?:
As Wholesale Customer Service Intern, you will join our offices based in Novara to support the team.
What can you learn with us?:
Manage orders:
- Orders Master data file to customers;
- Data entry for customers’ details updating;
- Order cancellations;
- Order splitting in compliance with customers’ requests;
- Providing stocklist to prepare stock or swaps;
- Orders entry stock and swap;
- Reporting.
Manage shipments:
- Booking deliveries on e-commerce customers’ web platforms;
- Discrepancies and/or missing units check with the Logistic office;
- Managing orders for shooting samples.
Claims/Returns/Spare Parts:
- Return authorizations to customers;
- Follow up on customers’ claims;
- Spare parts requests.
Do you have these qualifications and skills?:
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel;
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
- Good relationships skills and teamwork;
- Flexibility and problem solving attitude.
