Hotel Director assistant:
YOUR LIFE ONBOARD:
As a Hotel Director Assistant, you will be responsible for assist and support the Hotel Director in the daily organization of the main duties, handling the information flow with the adequate priority.
DEMONSTRATE YOUR PASSION:
We welcome everyone in a space where you can reach your full potential by:
- Collect and share all the necessary information about the cruise product, received from Shore side offices and from all Shipboard Head of Departments, with the onboard management daily, as per Company procedures.
- Assist and support the Hotel Director in the daily organization of the main duties.
- Draw up the end of cruise report for most of the on-board Key positions and oversee the publishing of all reports in the Company database.
- Prepare a daily recap of the On-Board Revenue activities, Food costs, seasonal target assigned by the Company.
- Coordinate efficiently the administrative issues (e.g. checking of the No show Guests) as per Company policies.

- Help and support the Hospitality Team and the ship operation if required by the Hotel Director.
- Take active part in a work environment that support a successful safety culture. The Hotel Director Assistant is a dynamic contributor in following safety policy and procedures.
The Onboard Future Cruise Sales Department is looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join their team! The requirements for this job are:
- Completion of Secondary school
- At least 6 months’ experience in hotels in similar positions (either receptionist or customer service)
- Good command of English (at least at B2 level) and another language (Italian, Spanish, French or German at B1 level)
- Good command of Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook and Microsoft Teams
- You are available to live travelling aboard a cruise ship for the contract period of 5 months, working 7 days a week.
