What will be your mission?
As Community Manager, you will report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with the Branding, Public Relations and Hotels Operations team.
What will you do?
- Actively manage the social media presence of several hotels in Florence and Rome (possibility to work with other cities in the future depending on the company need).
- Create engaging and creative content for social media platforms, with an emphasis on Instagram.
- Make visits to hotels in Florence and Rome regularly, in order to generate exclusive content.
- Evaluate and analyze the performance of social profiles, proposing strategic improvements.
- Interact and increase the engagement with followers.
What are we looking for?
- Passion for social media and creativity in content generation.
- Knowledge of content creation and editing using tools such as CapCut.
- Knowledge of photography and video, for content creation and editing.
- Proactivity and analytical skills to evaluate social media performance.
- Residency in Rome or Florence and availability to travel to Venice as required.
- Proven experience of 3 years as a Community Manager or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.
- Ability to manage and respond to comments and messages in real-time.
- Solid knowledge of current trends in social media and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to collaborate with other departments and generate synergies in the overall marketing strategy.
- Adaptability to rapid change and willingness to learn and apply new trends.
- Knowledge of social media analysis tools.
