Manage the administrative aspects of hiring, terminating and rotating the work of regular and temporary staff.
Manage the database of regular and temporary personnel in HR software: hours and attendance, Therefore (payslip on-line and CU). Periodic management of the hours and attendance of temporary staff and communication to the external payroll service. Front-office activities to support employees in understanding the social, fiscal and legal aspects of their paychecks.

- lead all aspects of the payroll processing process, verifying compliance with due dates and correctness of data;
- manage payslip and CU tax on the portal and be the employee interface;
- assisting Finance in the management of payments (eg foreclosures, trade union deductions, employee loans, payslips, funds);
- ensure the correct application of social, tax and labor regulations, coordinating with the external payroll service and the HR manager;
- support the HR Controller in reporting (holidays, overtime, temporary, ...) and in the management of expatriates;
- manage EIP (contractual performance premium), EIP Plus;
- privacy management with the support of external consultant and IT Manager;
- define and manage confidentiality agreements for new hires;
- create/support the implementation of training and awareness programs/in information security and promote them within the company context.
