Position
The candidate will join the Corporate Staff Functions Team to transversally co-operate with key stakeholders along the entire value-chain. His/her mission will be to ensure the ERP (mainly S4Hana) system seamlessly supports critical business processes from Logistics to Distribution to Finance.
Acting as a Business Analyst, he/she will collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into innovative solutions within our S/4HANA environment. Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, coupled with your configuration skills, will ensure efficient operations through integrated business areas. He/she will manage both project-driven enhancements and ongoing Application Maintenance & Support (AMS) activities across Logistics and Controlling. This will guarantee business continuity and the continuous optimization of our platforms. Expertise in sales order processing, procurement, inventory management, and profitability analysis will be essential to his/her success.
Job responsibilities
- Collaborate with end-users to collect functional and process requirements;
- Produce specifications and analyze change requirements to meet business needs;
- Lead projects/initiatives aimed at developing new functionalities and evolving our dynamic systems landscape;
- Implement, update and maintain procedural and technical documentation for consistent operations;
- Provide end-user training and support, ensuring the proper knowledge transfer to internal customers;
- Manage teams of external suppliers/developers;
- Develop and execute test plans (perform unit, integration and regression testing) and provide comprehensive post-go-live support / hypercare;
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, leveraging mainly SAP solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness;
- Troubleshoot and resolve day by day issues, ensuring monthly closing tasks;
- Monitor application performance, data integrity, and user satisfaction KPIs.
Profile
- University degree in Management Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent;
- 6 to 8 years of previous working experience in a similar role, preferably gained within multinational environment;
- Advanced knowledge of S4/HANA, focus on MM-SD with deep understanding of FI-CO. Being familiar with integration between SAP and Stealth 3000 is considered a plus;
- Fluent Italian and proficient English level;
- Exceptional project management, organization and interpersonal skills;
- An analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to simplify complexity;
- Strong communication skills to bridge technical and business stakeholders;
- Proactive attitude, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
