Key Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and firewall systems.
- Assist in network setup, configuration, and upgrades.
- Manage and resolve tickets and service requests through the IT helpdesk.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and security patches.
- Ensure system security, backup, and disaster recovery processes are in place.
- Support user accounts, email systems, and access controls (Active Directory, Office 365, etc.).
- Collaborate with vendors and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and network diagrams.
- Provide user training and guidance on IT policies and best practices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €40,000.00 - €50,000.00 per year
