Position:
ACPV is seeking a qualified professional in architecture or engineering to join the ACPV Sustainability Hub project as a Cost Specialist.
The role includes a variety of tasks, such as:
- Developing preliminary estimates for project budget definition
- Supporting the design team in implementing WBS and other parameters in BIM models related to quantity take-off and cost monitoring
- Assisting in the coordination of cost control activities within the Design to Budget process
- Preparing quantity take-offs and cost estimates in a BIM environment
- Producing tender documentation (including quantity take-offs, unit price lists, and technical specifications)
- Analyzing project financial data using Business Intelligence tools
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or Building Engineering
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying and cost estimation
- Understanding of BIM workflows and coordination methodologies
- Strong knowledge of architecture and interior design
- Fluency in English is required
Software Skills:
- Experience with BIM-based quantity surveying software; familiarity with TeamSystem CPM is preferred
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI or similar) is an asset
