What you’ll be doing
As a Workforce Planning, Labour Cost & Compensation Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making and optimising our labour cost management as we continue to scale. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
Drive workforce planning processes – By providing insights and analytics to align with strategic business objectives, especially critical during our scale-up phase.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Finance – To identify workforce needs and proactively address gaps or opportunities.
Develop and enhance the labour cost model – To ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and controlling of personnel expenses.
Perform regular analysis and reporting – On labour cost drivers, highlighting insights, trends, and improvement opportunities to internal stakeholders.
Support compensation processes – Including annual salary reviews, job levelling, and benchmarking exercises to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
Participate in benefits administration – By managing vendor relationships and supporting employee inquiries and communications.

Who we’re looking for

3-4 years of relevant experience – In workforce planning and labour cost management within a structured HR department.
Solid understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes – With the ability to collaborate effectively with Finance and Controlling functions.
Proven ability to interpret numbers – Within the broader context of business priorities, team dynamics, and organisational design.
Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills – To deliver actionable insights.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills – Able to effectively manage stakeholder relationships across functions with a strong cooperative and collaborative attitude.
