Join Ariston Group as a Logistics&Operations Intern – Drive Excellence from the Ground Up
- Standardize activities and workflows by creating SOPs, One Point Lessons, and Standard Maintenance Procedures.
- Monitor plant KPIs and support daily production meetings (Gemba).
- Assist in identifying and managing logistics flows.
- Contribute to planning and executing continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizens) following root cause analysis.
- Comprehensive training in Lean/WCM methodologies with a focus on production and logistics.
- Hands-on experience in a WCM Silver Medal plant.
- The opportunity to work in a dynamic, multinational environment with strong external visibility.
- Master’s degree in Engineering.
- Strong command of Italian and English.
- A pragmatic mindset with initiative, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM methodologies.Proficiency in MS Office and a basic understanding of industrial processes.
