As an Manufacturing Engineer Specialist you are responsible for:
Provide Manufacturing Activities at Nuovo Pignone Vibo for Pressure casing (MCL/BLC) and GT Line .
Provide support at Workshop and at the Team for developing working instruction, Routing Cycle, Identification of correct Tools and Equipment.
Acting with Lean Six Sigma approaching, evaluating MFG Process and driving strategic projects to improve processes capabilities, quality, fulfillment, safety and productivity.
Connecting with Quality, Planner and Suppliers to manage and collect First Piece and Special Process Qualification.
Working with Mfg Engineers in other BH sites to leverage existing manufacturing process technology and spread the use of innovations and best practices developed around the world.
Collaborating with Design Engineering to deliver Process Development, Manufacturing Analysis and FMEA Risk Assessment.
Collaborating with assembly related functions helping development and industrialization of NPI Product/projects.

To be successful in this role you will:
Required Qualifications
Degree in Engineering - Mechanical preferred
Matured 4 years in the Welding Process (SMAW, SAW, GMAW...) and familiarization of ASME IX.
Requested the presence on site (Nuovo Pignone Vibo (VV), Calabria, Italy (IT)).
Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to work in cross functional teams.
Fluency both in English and Italian is mandatory.
EU Work Permit.
