The role
We are looking for a Marketing & Partnership Manager to lead the marketing strategy for the development of new partnership channels.
You will design, implement, and manage communication initiatives — from partnerships with system integrators and B2B partners to events and field activities — serving as the key marketing counterpart to channel owners, ensuring alignment and impact across all initiatives.
What you’ll do
Report directly to the Head of Marketing
Define marketing objectives for partnership channels, focusing on conversion and brand awareness
Design the strategic roadmap for online and offline communication initiatives supporting the Sales Team
Manage and coordinate:
Physical events: conferences, roundtables, networking events
Online initiatives: webinars, digital workshops
Partner presence on Sibill’s digital properties
Creation of tailored sales and informational materials
Marketing flows: email automation, post-event follow-ups, newsletters
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and institutions
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all initiatives
Collaborate with the Content team to ensure effective messaging for each channel
What you won’t do
You won’t spend hours building long presentations or attending endless meetings.
You won’t need multiple layers of approvals to implement your ideas: at Sibill, execution is fast, and your impact is immediate and visible.
Who you are
3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in partnerships, events, or channel marketing (B2B)
Proven track record in multi-channel initiative execution
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Italian is a plus)
Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and with external partners
Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven
Able to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment
Willingness to travel occasionally
Bonus points for experience in startups, tech, or fintech
